Once you have selected all the products that you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout and you will be asked for some details in order to proceed with your payment. All transactions are done directly through stripe payment system which is a secure payment gateway. visit https://stripe.com/gb for more information.

If you would rather pay by cheque then please phone 07966 234 703 or email admin@bluesunflower.com to arrange payment. We are unable to dispatch goods until cheque has cleared.

We will receive confirmation of your order, however this does not mean that a contract exists between us. We will then send you via email of our acceptance of your order in the form of an invoice which will then indicate confirmation of order. This is to ensure that we are able to fulfill your order and that there has been no inadvertant mistake on product or pricing, or that a product is no longer available for some reason. Should there be any difference in price for any product we will always email you to confirm that you are happy with the pricing before we proceed with your order.

Shipping and Handling costs are based on our chosen courier or postage service price structures plus the cost of packaging. see http://www.royalmail.com/ for more details

Please contact us if you would prefer us to use a different courier service for your delivery.

Where possible we will send you order out the same day, you can expect to receive your delivery within 3-5 working days.

In the case of Erika's prints the artist will receive the prints to sign 3-5 working days after the order has been confirmed, then they will be sent on to you. Therefore please allow 10 working days for receipt of your print.

Credit Card Details. When you purchase through our site all transactions are processes securely through Stripe which is a secure online debit and credit card payment system. No crddit or Debit card details are stored on our or anyone elses system.

Blue Sunflower takes confidentially and privacy veryseriously and will never reveal yourdetails to a third party. We will only use your information lawfully in accordance withthe data protection act 1998. We use your information to process your order, to provide you with the best possible service and to inform you of any future exhibitions or work produced by the artists that we represent.

We will never forward marketing by a third party

The details that we will hold include:

  • Your address
  • Your phone number
  • Your email

Other details such as your facebook or instagram accounts wll only be kept if you are signing up to a blog and additional information such as how you found our site is optional.

If your details are inaccurate or change for any reason, then please contact us in order for us to update our systems promptly.

All personal information that we hold on us will be held securely and in accordance with our own confidentially policy and the law

We do not accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please request via email if you would like us to add insurance to your shipping costs.

We will only send goods to the address that you supply us with as your delivery address.
